Eviction?

So since October 29th 2021 our landlord has been trying to evict us but she was only going to give us 3 days to pack and get out. Now she's barely letting us have till the end of this month. She still hasn't given us a proper eviction notice paper just emails and I know that isn't the law.....not sure what to do, my partner isn't as lucky as I am to move back with his parents.... he's stuck looking for a place in such short time it breaks my heart.

What would you guys do in this situation?
